Let's talk about the role...
As a Receptionist Administrator you’ll be fully immersed with our experienced Front of House team to provide a fantastic in-house experience for our clients on a part-time basis. Life will be fast paced, engaging, creative and rewarding.
Working Monday to Thursday, 2.15PM - 5.15PM, it’s a great opportunity for a bubbly individual who is looking to challenge themselves in a vibrant environment! Working alongside a team of dynamic people! You’ll:
Greet visitors and clients with a smile and contagious positivity
Keep our reception and meeting rooms looking sharp and ready for action
Help book meetings, reserve rooms and keep everyone’s calendars in sync
Answer calls and inquiries with efficiency and with the DJH flair
Keep the energy high in meetings by offering and making refreshments
Tackle various administrative tasks using our sector-specific software whenever needed

Hungry for a new challenge, you’ll:
Have previous experience within a client facing/receptionist role, ideally within professional services
Thrive in a collaborative and progressive environment
Have a friendly, outgoing personality
Love getting to know people and be a confident communicator
Have a knack for multi-tasking and problem solving
