Job description
Working in a small team you will be the first point of contact to all visitors to University House, Security Reception and the Facilities Helpdesk. You will be required to provide a customer focused service and respond proactively to queries via email, telephone and face to face.
Excellent customer service skills, high levels of initiative, attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task are essential elements of this role.
This is a campus based post required for 4 hours per day 5 days per week.
