We're looking for a Account Support Administrator who will coordinate appointments, liaise with site and laboratory teams, and ensure client reports are delivered accurately and on time.
Role Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments with site managers, residents, and relevant contacts.
Liaise proactively with clients, ensuring timely responses to requests and updates.
Coordinate closely with surveyors and laboratory teams to support accurate workflow.
Handle data and information with precision, including spreadsheet use and programme management.
Monitor client KPIs to ensure reports are issued within agreed timeframes.
Required Qualifications:
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
Strong attention to detail with experience delivering professional, high‑quality client service.
Proficient user of Excel, Word, and software databases.
Ability to work to tight deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
