Role Responsibilities:

Conduct regular Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps across roles, including RA/CWI compliance requirements.

Maintain and update the training matrix, ensuring accuracy, visibility and real-time compliance tracking.

Coordinate and monitor completion of mandatory training programmes (e.g. RA, CWI, Food Safety, H&S).

Work with site management to ensure risk assessments (RA) and safe systems of work are supported by appropriate training.

Support the delivery and scheduling of inductions, refresher training and competency assessments.

Track and report on training compliance metrics, highlighting risks and overdue training.

Assist with audit preparation and compliance reviews (internal and external – e.g. BRCGS, client audits).

Maintain training records and documentation in line with compliance and audit requirements.

Liaise with supervisors and managers to ensure team capability aligns with operational risk levels.
