Job description
Workspace is home to London’s brightest businesses, and a Senior Accounts Payable Clerk, you’ll be responsible for providing financial and administrative support for Workspace.
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will ensure all payments are accurate and made in a timely manner. You will build relationships with external and internal stakeholders, and manage aged creditors and workflows, as well as preparing cheques and BACS payment runs.
What you’ll bring
Previous experience with F&O Module on Dynamics 365
Good level of numeracy with strong attention to detail
Demonstrable experience of using Microsoft Office packages
Ability to learn and work with new internal systems
Previous experience in a financial role
Ambitious to learn new things
This role is a 6 month fixed term contract and will require you to be in the office 4 days a week.
