Job description
As an Off-Trade Customer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies within our key customers that enhance the shopping experience and drive rate of sale, focusing on shopper insights and retail partnerships.
You will be an integral member of the Customer Account team within a defined sector of the UK Off Trade. You will be responsible for translating the UK brand strategy into customer facing solutions and managing investment to maximise return.
Operating at pace, being able to multi skill effectively and being at ease leading projects are all essential skills needed to excel within this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
- Building long-term relationships with key strategic customers & stakeholders, internally and externally
- Responsible for executing the Off Trade customer marketing strategy for market leading brands, across key Off Trade retailers
- Consulting & communicating with key stakeholders on brand/category level plans & activities to ensure alignment
- Supporting development and localisation of below the line activation toolkits and produce materials and services including point of sale material relevant for the UK market
- Manage the end-to-end process of marketing campaigns, from strategy development to execution and performance analysis
- Agency management & briefing responsibility
- Manage marketing budget (A&P) for respective brand and function
SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
- Either of the following:
- Relevant experience – Shopper Marketing or related fields, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Proficiency in English
- Experienced in working with and influencing stakeholders to develop and implement clear agendas and longer-term execution plans.
- Experience in balancing long and short-term priorities to create efficiencies
- Comprehension of competitive market for brand and category. Comfortable interpreting data to develop initiatives to grow the brand in line with company values
- Experience of managing a budget
