Job description
What you’ll be doing
- Manage and implement CRM campaigns across multiple channels to nurture and retain customers for Spring and Paragon brands
- Support upsell and cross-sell initiatives, collaborating with the CRM marketing manager
- Support the execution and optimisation of customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimiser
- Build and analyse campaign performance using key metrics to identify improvements
- Contribute to customer segmentation and support the generation of regular performance reports
About You
What you’ll bring to the team
- Knowledge and practical use of CRM tools such as Adobe Journey Optimiser or Campaign, HubSpot, Salesforce
- Basic knowledge on customer segmentation, data analysis and campaign performance metrics
- Understanding of customer communications which increase engagement and retain customers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate
- Proactive approach and willingness to learn and develop
