Job description

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage and implement CRM campaigns across multiple channels to nurture and retain customers for Spring and Paragon brands
  • Support upsell and cross-sell initiatives, collaborating with the CRM marketing manager
  • Support the execution and optimisation of customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimiser
  • Build and analyse campaign performance using key metrics to identify improvements
  • Contribute to customer segmentation and support the generation of regular performance reports

About You

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Knowledge and practical use of CRM tools such as Adobe Journey Optimiser or Campaign, HubSpot, Salesforce
  • Basic knowledge on customer segmentation, data analysis and campaign performance metrics
  • Understanding of customer communications which increase engagement and retain customers
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate
  • Proactive approach and willingness to learn and develop
