Workplace Change Lead

Job description

Key areas of focus will include:

  • Defining and driving the change activity across the workplace transformation ensuring it contributes to and aligns with the wider culture transformation
  • Translating broader culture transformation objectives into practical workplace behaviours and ways of working.
  • Ensuring 'change input' into design decisions
  • Engaging and aligning a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation
  • Understanding areas of resistance and supporting leaders in addressing these challenges
  • Facilitating workshops with the business to design and drive new ways of working, workplace guidelines and protocols
  • Driving the adoption of new behaviours, working practices and workplace protocols
  • Supporting the transition into a new workplace environment and embedding new ways of working
  • Producing and delivering updates and communications for stakeholders
  • Helping ensure key messages and change initiatives are effectively communicated and cascaded across the organisation

 

The Person

We are looking for someone with a strong behavioural science background, not 'operational workplace change'. They must be able to step into a complex transformation environment and quickly build credibility across stakeholders.

The role will suit someone comfortable operating in a consulting-style environment, able to engage people, influence decisions and drive behavioural change across the organisation.

 

Experience should include:

  • Experience delivering workplace transformation, cultural change, and behavioural change programmes - with a strong behavioural science lens
  • Experience supporting organisations through workplace relocations/workplace transitions.
  • Experience driving adoption and behavioural change following go-live or post-move into new environments
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability across organisations at different levels.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and engagement sessions to support organisational change
  • Ability to translate culture change strategy into practical interventions that enable adoption
  • Strong communication skills, including preparing materials for senior stakeholders
  • Consultancy or consulting-style transformation experience required
