Working closely with the Cluster Facilities Manager, you will be driven to achieve and maintain high standards of Facilities Management and Customer Care at the following centres: Kennington Park, Vox Studios, China Works and Edinburgh House. You’ll be looking after the building fabric, associated hard and soft services, site security and health & safety.

With naturally high standards and a positive can-do approach, you will tackle every task with care and ensure all customers have a high-quality experience within their Workspace property. You will focus on creating a clean, safe, thermally comfortable, and operationally excellent environment for our customers whilst also focusing on our Carbon Net-Zero pathway, all on budget and on schedule.

What we need from you

Relevant previous job experience

IOSH Qualification

NEBOSH, BIFM or mechanical/engineering qualification would be desirable

Proficient in IT literacy

Excellent Organisation & Time Management
