About the Role
Support the delivery of an efficient and student focused finance service for both current and prospective students
Act as a key point of contact for student finance enquiries, providing information and guidance on a range of funding options
Help students access bursaries, scholarships, loans and other financial assistance schemes available to support their studies
Build positive working relationships with students, colleagues and external organisations to ensure a high-quality service
Contribute to the smooth administration of student finance activities, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Support enrolment activities, open days and other events throughout the academic year
Work within a varied role that combines customer service, administration and financial processing responsibilities
Play an important part in helping students make informed decisions about funding their education
About You
Ideally hold a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject area, or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience
Have experience working in a busy administrative, finance or customer focused environment
Possess strong numeracy skills and excellent attention to detail
Be confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally
Be comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
