Job Description
What You’ll Do
Work with stakeholders to understand business goals and define requirements for process automation and improvement.
Shape and prioritise enhancements to core ERP/CRM systems with Global Process Owners.
Produce high‑quality analysis deliverables including BRDs, user stories, functional specs and UAT scripts.
Collaborate with Principal BAs and designers to prototype and iterate solutions.
Recommend and define process improvements with clear, measurable benefits.
Translate business needs into functional and technical solutions, coordinating closely with project teams and business users.
Oversee solution validation, including system testing, UAT and regression testing.
Develop training materials and support knowledge transfer to embed new processes.
Maintain accurate documentation and support the application of an IIBA‑aligned BA framework.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring (Essential)
Strong understanding of business processes and ability to apply this to complex assignments.
Proven ability to recommend workflow improvements and influence operating procedures.
Excellent communication skills, able to engage a wide range of audiences and act as a translator between business and technical teams.
Ability to motivate others, lead change and manage multiple projects under pressure.
A positive, solution‑focused mindset with advanced analytical and evidence‑based thinking.
Solid understanding of IT and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Visio (or equivalent).
Preferred Experience
Background in manufacturing or engineering.
Experience leading Business Process Re‑engineering and applying Change Management practices.
Knowledge of applications testing lifecycles and service management governance.
Exposure to methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, design thinking, ITIL or enterprise architecture.
Strong organisational skills, critical thinking and the ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
Ability to build strong relationships across Business and IT, drive outcomes and solve problems quickly.
Creative, innovative mindset with the flexi
bility to support a variety of business tasks when needed.
