The role is based in Ashford, Kent, with expectations of being in the office for two days a week. What youll be doing:

Youll be at the heart of the procurement process, helping ensure everything runs smoothly and on time. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting internal teams with obtaining quotes and sourcing suppliers

Ensuring value for money across purchases

Tracking contract expiry dates and coordinating renewals

Managing and updating supplier and contract records

Maintaining the asset register for company equipment

Handling supplier queries and supporting day-to-day communication

Assisting with market research to identify best-value options

Supportingprocurement systems and ordering processes

 

What were looking for:

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines

A strong communicator who can build relationships with stakeholders and suppliers

Comfortable using systems and Excel

Proactive, adaptable, and keen to learn

Previous experience in an administrative role is essential. Exposure to procurement or purchasing processes would be advantageous but not required.

Ashford, Kent (2 days per week in the office are expected)

37.5 per week Monday Friday 9am-5pm
