They are looking to recruit a Customer Relationship Manager to join their prestigious care home team in Reading. This is an opportunity to work alongside an exceptional management team and drive sales to increase the occupancy of a first-class care home.

 

Main duties of the job

The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets. They will use excellent communication skills to network within the local community and raise the profile of the home, generate enquiries, drive conversion rates, and increase occupancy. The role also involves supporting local and wider marketing activities, identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance, and representing Barchester and the care home in a friendly and professional manner.

You will deliver a full range of sales and marketing approaches to drive sales including handling enquiries, developing the digital profile of the home and networking with the local community. NEED TO DO: Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner. Responsible for all sales activity for the home. Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home. Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements. Respond to sales enquiries. Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities. Maintain a contacts database. Person Specification

Qualifications

Essential

The ideal candidate will have proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare sector, and the ability to analyze data on Salesforce or a similar CRM application. They should be self-motivated, target-driven, and possess strong interpersonal and professional qualities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and a full UK driving license are also required.
