Summary

We're looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to partner with our Womenswear leadership team, providing insight, challenge and support to drive profitable growth across one of the UK's most iconic fashion businesses.

This is a highly commercial role where you'll combine strategic thinking with strong financial planning and analysis capabilities. You'll influence key decisions across trading, pricing, stock, investment and long-term strategy, helping to deliver sustainable growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

What you’ll do

Your key accountabilities will include:

Own the financial performance of Womenswear, partnering with senior leaders to deliver sales, profit, stock and cash targets through proactive commercial insight and challenge.

Lead forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning, identifying risks and opportunities and ensuring robust plans support business objectives.

Drive profitable growth through analysis of trading performance, scenario modelling, pricing, promotions and investment decisions.

Optimise stock performance and working capital efficiency, balancing customer demand with commercial returns.

Build strong partnerships across Merchandising, Buying, Planning, Online and Customer Insight teams while driving continuous improvement across Commercial Finance.

 

Who you are

Your skills and experience will include:

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A or business partnering roles.

Highly analytical, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insight, recommendations and strategic actions.

Experienced in budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and performance management within a fast-paced commercial environment.

Confident influencing, challenging and building credibility with senior stakeholders, supported by strong commercial acumen.

Collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused, with advanced Excel and financial modelling skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
