Are you looking for an administrative role in central Chichester?
As our Administrative Assistant, you will:
• Support the day to day running of this busy directorate.
• Help run the diaries of the Head of Learning, Teaching & Learning Manager and Directorate Management team.
• Process both internal and external communications to staff, customers and stakeholders
• Support data gathering and converting it into easy to read and searchable spreadsheets.

• Strong written and verbal communication techniques.
• A can do attitude.
• The ability to multitask and prioritise tasks to support the day-to-day running of the department.
