This role requires a commitment to excellence, and an understanding of the statutory procedural requirements for cremation services. You will also be willing to gain formal certification through the CTTS (Crematorium Technicians’ Training Scheme).
We are seeking candidates with experience in a bereavement service or customer-focused environment. You will be comfortable working in a sensitive setting and possess excellent attention to detail, strong IT skills and a methodical approach to your work.
In this varied role, you will anticipate needs and adapt to changing priorities to ensure the smooth delivery of services, always prioritising the dignity of the deceased and the care and compassion families deserve.
If you’re looking to progress your career, work collaboratively in a new team, within a beautiful lakeside environment, we’d love to hear from you!
