Job description

We’re looking for a Paid Media Executive to take ownership of day-to-day paid campaign activity and help drive consistent lead generation performance across key digital channels. This is a hands-on role focused on optimisation, testing, and improving return on ad spend.
You’ll be responsible for managing live campaigns, refining targeting, and ensuring budgets are used efficiently to deliver strong commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and display networks
  • Monitor performance daily and make adjustments to improve cost efficiency and lead quality
  • Support campaign testing including ad creatives, audiences, and landing page variations
  • Track and report on core performance metrics including CPA and CPL
  • Use analytics and reporting tools to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Work with tracking and data sources such as GA4 and CRM systems to ensure accurate reporting

About You
You are a detail-focused digital marketer who understands how paid media contributes to business growth. You’re comfortable working with data, making performance-based decisions, and improving campaigns through structured optimisation.
Essential skills:

  • Experience managing paid media campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CPA and CPL
  • Confident using analytics tools like GA4
  • Ability to analyse data and make optimisation decisions
