Job description

Compulsory:

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer services, or front desk.

Excellent communication skills,

Basic knowledge of phone accessories, tablets, computers, and wearables.

 

Preferred:

License/Certification: Full, UK Clean Driving

08 hours shift

Monday-Friday

Overtime

Weekend availability

 

Roles & Responsibilities :

Attending walk-in customers and find out their needs and requirements,

Guiding customers about our products and resolve their issues,

Maintain stock order by ordering new stock required through our online system,

Must hit KPIs and maintain a high-quality standard.

Booking repair appointments on front desk.

Work in other departments as and when required in line with customer and business need
