Role and Responsibilities:
Serving customers at the trade counter and by phone/email
Processing orders, quotations and customer enquiries
Picking, packing and receipting stock
Assisting with hose assembly and basic workshop tasks
Supporting stock control and branch administration, with scope to take ownership as the role develop.
Promoting Hydraquip products and services where appropriate
Maintaining a safe, organised branch environment in line with H&S standards
What we’re looking for
Essential experience
A reliable, customer‑focused attitude
Good communication skills
Ability to work well in a small team
Desirable experience
Trade counter, warehouse or customer service experience
Interest in mechanical or hydraulic products
