Our Flexible Benefits team partners with a wide range of clients to help them offer benefits that make a real difference in their employees’ lives. Based in our busy Bristol office, you’ll be part of a welcoming and collaborative team that’s committed to supporting your growth and celebrating your contributions.
We welcome applications from individuals with specific experience relating to Flexible Benefit scheme administration, or from the associated Group Risk, Healthcare, Pension and wider Employee Benefits worlds.
How you'll make an impact
As a Client Benefits Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients by managing the Gallagher Guide flexible benefits platform. You’ll handle client queries via email, online chat, and phone, ensuring they receive timely and professional support. You’ll also manage and validate client data with precision, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
You’ll work closely with clients, colleagues, and providers to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service. By following established processes and managing your workload effectively, you’ll help us meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
Your work will directly contribute to the smooth running of flexible benefit schemes, ensuring our clients and their employees receive the best possible experience.
Due to a period of extended growth, we have three positions available.
About You
We’re looking for someone who’s organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent service. You’ll need to have strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
In addition, we're eager to recieve applications that demonstrate:
A good standard of education, including Maths and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
A track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience in providing great client service; ideally within the UK employee benefits industry.
