Customer Support Executive

Job description

The purpose of the role is to support the Commercial team for the Convenience, Discount and Export accounts in Ireland, by completing administrative tasks, liaising cross functionally with key internal departments and externally where appropriate.

Operating as a key member of a cross functional Customer team, including Finance, Supply Chain, Brand & Shopper Marketing and Category, who are all working towards driving sales across all our brands.

 

Responsibilities

Developing excellent working relationships with relevant customer contacts

Delivering the Nomad Values every day

Accuracy and timeliness of required administration. For example (but not limited to):

invoice cost changes & accrual set up

internal promotional sign-off

external promotional submissions

download and review of weekly pricing data

effective management of deductions

external field sales reporting management

Contribution to the delivery of the target P&L for the overall Account

Communication of forecast amendments to Demand Planning and updating internal tracking files

 

Qualifications

Essential

Previous Account Executive \ administration experience, ideally in FMCG

Excel and Powerpoint

- Customer & Category 1st.
