This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to tackling one of the most pressing environmental challenges in the UK.We are looking for someone who is confident and clear in communication, especially over the phone and by email. You must be organised and proactive in engaging with customers and promoting the programme benefits.Summary of the role: London and the South-East have been designated as areas of ‘Severe Water Stress’ by the UK Government. Job Purpose
As a Call Centre Agent you will:
• Contact commercial customers via telephone and email to promote the programme.
• Generate and book appointments for our water efficiency teams.
• Provide clear and positive communication to encourage participation.
• Support the wider programme, which includes offering on-site advice, installing free water-saving devices, and carrying out minor plumbing repairs
