Job Overview

  • Coach and support managers by providing practical advice and guidance via telephone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Manage employee relations casework, with a focus on long and short-term absence, disciplinary, and grievance matters.
  • Build positive working relationships while offering advice and guidance in line with company policy, employment law, and best practice.
  • Use case management systems and spreadsheets to record, track, and monitor case activity accurately.
  • Review and update company policies in line with legislative changes and business requirements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the department.
  • Keep up to date with employment legislation and HR guidance.
