Role Summary

As a Service Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Service team with day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, proactive individual who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and contributing to team success.

 

What you’ll be doing

Professionally handle incoming calls, direct enquiries and take accurate messages

Respond to and manage general queries in a timely manner

Prepare, send and manage documentation via email

Maintain accurate filing systems, including scanning and document control

Support the preparation and updating of expediting reports

Assist with stock counts and related data entry

Maintain attendance records

Provide and manage certification portal

Prepare customer quotations for provisional service centre works

Coordinate company vehicle servicing, MOTs, repairs and insurance claims

Provide general administrative support and undertake ad hoc duties as required

Other requirements

Previous office administration or work experience advantageous

Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Self-motivated and highly organised, able to multitask and work to tight deadlines

High focus on accuracy and attention to detail

Proactive and able to use initiative

Team player with a flexible approach

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
