Job description

Key responsibilities:

  • Work with the Director of P&C to build and transform the People function into a modern and forward-thinking supportive pillar within the organisation
  • Lead on the development and upskilling of managers, with a particular focus on building an interventionist approach to ER
  • Own HR policies, ensuring they're reflective of current UK employment law
  • Management of a P&C Assistant
  • Lead on assigned org-wide people projects covering training, development, wellbeing, engagement and inclusion

Key requirements:

  • CIPD Level 5 or higher
  • Strong experience with complex ER casework
  • Excellent stakeholder management, with experience coaching and guiding leaders
  • Evidenced experience playing a key role in driving cultural shifts within organisations
  • A background in higher/further education institutes, or other charity/non-profit organisations
