What you’ll be doing:
Coordinate officer and outreach events
Liaise with schools and educational institutions to promote opportunities
Conduct thorough eligibility checks to ensure candidates meet required criteria.
Match candidates to appropriate events, ensuring the right person is placed in the right opportunity.
Collaborate with assessment centres, careers offices, and key stakeholders to maintain high standards and effective communication.
What we’re looking for:
Essential Skills
IT literate, competent using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Must have previous administration experience
Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
A passion for Customer Service with the ability to go above and beyond and take ownership of any issues.
Ability to work well under pressure
Desirable Skills
Familiarity with Army Careers, would be an advantage
