- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and providing expert market insight.
- Identify and engage top talent through strategic headhunting, networking, and targeted outreach across job boards and professional networks.
- Conduct interviews and match candidates with the right long-term opportunities, ensuring a high-quality hiring experience.
- Advise clients and candidates with consultative, data-driven insights to support successful, sustainable hires.
- Drive results and exceed targets, both personally and as part of a high-performing team.

What you will bring:

- Engineering backgrounds with transferable skills - experience in construction is particularly relevant due to similar technical requirements.
- Experience working in a sales driven environment.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence both candidates and clients.
