  • Partner with managers to coach and guide on employee relations matters, policies and best practice
  • Manage a range of ER cases including disciplinary, grievance and performance processes end-to-end
  • Support absence management, ensuring a consistent and fair approach across the business

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment across a variety of departments
  • Support hiring managers with advertising, shortlisting, interviews and offers
  • Manage and maintain the ATS, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Contribute to a positive and engaging onboarding experience

HR Operations & Projects

  • Lead on offboarding processes, including exit interviews and insight gathering
  • Play an active role in HR projects aligned to the wider people strategy

HR Systems & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate employee records in line with GDPR
  • Support the development and optimisation of HR systems
  • Produce and analyse HR data (absence, turnover, ER trends) to support decision-making
  • Training & Development
  • Deliver training to managers on HR policies and procedures
  • Support learning and development initiatives across the business

About You

  • Previous experience in an HR Advisor or HR Officer role
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
  • Confident managing employee relations cases independently
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow tasks through to completion
  • A confident communicator who can build strong relationships at all levels
  • Proactive, approachable and solutions-focused
  • CIPD Level 5 and/or exposure to international HR (e.g. US) would be advantageous but not essential.

The Team & Culture

You’ll be joining a warm, friendly and highly collaborative HR team where personality and team fit are just as important as experience. This role will suit someone who enjoys being visible across the business; whether that’s building relationships on the shop floor or working with colleagues across global sites.
