Job description

You will Create and implement a performance management process for the Lifting Sales community to improve capability, call activity, portfolio and area growth

Develop and manage a National project and portfolio pipeline to drive new business growth through relevant sales channels and business sectors

Work closely alongside the National accounts team to create a plan to promote & increase the Lifting ‘Share of wallet’ within National Accounts
