Raise IT purchase orders and place them with the suppliers in a timely manner so that goods and services are delivered as soon as possible to minimise any business disruption.

Process supplier’s invoices and credits to ensure they match and if any discrepancies/variations then liaise with the supplier, order originator and purchase ledger to resolve as soon as possible to minimise disruption.
