- Create clarity for teams by setting expectations, managing workload, removing blockers and promoting collaborative ways of working.
Your skills and experience

- Current Workday Services Partner certification as an Engagement Manager/Project Manager

- Demonstrable experience managing scope, plans, resources, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, quality standards and profitability targets.
- Ability to lead diverse project teams and coordinate activity across functional, technical, data, testing, change and deployment workstreams.
- Strong client-facing skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders, manage expectations and translate delivery complexity into clear business language.
- Commercial awareness and experience supporting statements of work, change control, delivery estimates, governance reporting and project financial management.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, problem-solving and organisational skills, with a structured and proactive approach to delivery leadership.
- Experience working across onshore, nearshore and offshore delivery models with multi-disciplinary and geographically distributed teams.
- A practical, inclusive and outcome-focused leadership style, with a willingness to coach others and contribute to the wider practice.
Desirable experience
- Experience managing complex or multi-workstream Workday programmes, including senior stakeholder governance and delivery recovery activity.
- Experience supporting pre-sales, bid responses, solution proposals, mobilisation planning, commercial shaping or client demonstrations.
- Awareness of Workday HCM, Finance, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Integrations, Security, Reporting, Extend or broader enterprise architecture considerations.
- Understanding of responsible AI adoption in HR and Finance transformation, including data readiness, governance, explainability, adoption and change considerations.
- Professional project or programme management qualification such as PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, Agile or equivalent practical delivery experience.
