The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Management Accountant to support the delivery of an accurate and compliant finance function.

You will prepare management accounts, support budgeting, oversee month-end processes, and ensure high-quality financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Produce management accounts, forecasts, and variance analysis

Complete month-end processes (reconciliations, accruals, journals)

Support budgeting and financial reporting

Maintain accurate financial data and systems

Assist with audits, compliance, and procurement

About You

Strong financial and analytical skills

Experience preparing management accounts

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Ideally experience of working within the education market or wider non-profit sector
