We’re looking for a highly skilled technical expert to lead on audit quality and compliance across the firm. Working closely with our Technical Partner, you’ll be the central point of expertise for auditing, financial reporting, and regulatory standards.

The Role

Lead and maintain the firm’s System of Quality Management (ISQM 1)

Champion audit quality, compliance, and best practice

Provide clear technical guidance to teams at all levels

Support training, technical resources, and knowledge sharing

Assist with regulatory reviews, inspections, and reporting

Act as a trusted advisor on audit, accounting, and ethical matters

Drive horizon scanning to keep the firm ahead of change

About You

Strong expertise in audit, financial reporting, and regulation

In-depth knowledge of FRC standards and ISQM 1

Confident communicator with the ability to influence and guide

Passionate about quality, continuous improvement, and excellence
