Take responsibility for sourcing and shortlisting candidates for roles in the Highways and O&M sector across Engineering, Project Management/PMO, Asset Management, Commercial and Operatives.

You will be managing recruitment within a Joint Venture consortium, working with JV Partners, recruiters and key stakeholders.

Relationship building with internal Line Managers, candidates and recruitment suppliers as well as the wider HR team.
