We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our Salisbury sales team on a fixed term contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Managing the Anti-money laundering process

Supporting the sales team with all aspects of the sale process

Overseeing and understanding PLs

Coordinating photos/brochures/window displays

Managing property portals

Sales & purchase invoicing

Organising external contractors

Ordering and managing office supplies

Canvassing & advertisingÂ

Diary management

Liaising with support departments to ensure the smooth running of the office

Experience & Skills Required:

 

Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to prioritise and organise

Positive, pro-active and flexible approach

Well presented

Excellent level of attention to detail and accuracy

Previous administration experience within an estate agents or the property industry is not essential as the full training is provided
