  • Full ownership of an estate of roles ranging from 25-35. Focussing on direct recruitment drives and generating candidates through proactive sourcing.
  • Providing added value to stakeholders through commercial market advice, market-mapping, and benchmarking - we want to see you own it and serve as a true partner to your stakeholders.
  • Serving as the gatekeeper of our culture, conducting 1st stage Culture/Values interviews and be prepared to walk away from the perfect candidate on paper if they don’t align with our values.
