We are looking for a welcoming and guest focused Receptionist to join our ultra-professional front of house team. As one of the first points of contact in the hotel, it is essential that our guests are wowed by a smooth check in, useful information and a knowledgeable team who are on hand 24 hours a day.

We want anyone staying with us to feel right at home and looked after from the minute they are greeted at the door.

Previous experience of working on a hotel reception and using a well-known booking system is essential for this role, as are excellent communication and organisation skills and a friendly, helpful nature (and comfortable shoes!)
