As CRM Communications Lead, you will be at the centre of our customer communication strategy. You will be in charge of the narrative for important product and brand projects, leading a dedicated creative team of copywriters, designers, and specialist managers to translate our product vision, brand identity, and pricing strategies into compelling, customer-facing material.
