You'll be responsible for the full pension lifecycle, performing both automated and manual calculations, while drafting professional correspondence and reports, running pensioner payrolls, and supporting our Client Executive team. Delivering outstanding service to scheme members by addressing their queries, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time are also key components of this role.
