Job description
We are looking for a confident and experienced leader who can bring both strategic oversight and hands-on operational management to this role. You’ll have a strong track record of leading and developing teams, ideally within a casework or service delivery environment, and a solid understanding of what high-quality, person-centred support looks like.
You’ll be skilled at building effective relationships with a range of stakeholders, monitoring performance, and using data to drive continuous improvement. With sound judgement and a proactive approach to risk management, you’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong communication and IT skills are essential, along with an understanding of the justice system in England and Wales and empathy with veterans of the UK Armed Forces.
Ideally, you’ll also bring knowledge of the UK military or lived experience within the Armed Forces community, along with experience of case management systems such as Salesforce and tools like Outcome Star. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle would also be beneficial.
The successful applicant will be required to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure Service (EDBS) check as well as Police Vetting (NPPV2).
This role is on a fixed-term 2-year contract.
