What you’ll do

  • Lead the delivery of a professional, compliant HR service that supports site performance and aligns with wider Group people priorities.
  • Partner with site leadership and managers to provide trusted advice on employee relations, resourcing, engagement, and capability building.
  • Use people data, KPIs, and feedback to inform decision‑making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Shape talent, development, and succession plans to support long‑term site capability.
  • Lead and develop the site HR team, championing a high‑performance, inclusive culture.

What we’re looking for

  • CIPD or proven HR experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within food production or manufacturing.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in supporting managers in areas like employee relations, performance, and engagement.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust across all levels of the business.
  • Solid knowledge of employment lawrecruitment, and ER, with the ability to handle complex HR issues.
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach to driving HR improvements and supporting business success.
  • A strong team player who works collaboratively across the business, builds positive and respectful relationships, and contributes to a high‑trust, high‑standards culture where people support one another and pull in the same direction.
