In this Head of People Delivery role, you will lead a great team in an organisation that genuinely values collaboration and puts people at the heart of decision‑making and strategic change. You will lead our People Operations (including Employee Relations, Payroll, and HR Services), Pay and Reward, and Health, Safety and Wellbeing portfolios. You don’t need to be a deep specialist in every area. What matters is that you bring broad HR experience, strong leadership credibility, and the ability to guide and empower the specialists you lead. This is a role about orchestrating excellent services, not owning technical detail – creating the conditions where your team can excel.
