You will lead the AFM function to support the delivery of professional, high-quality hard and soft FM services, setting clear service standards and owning performance frameworks, KPIs and assurance processes. Using data, audits and customer insight, you will drive continuous improvement, intervene early where delivery falls below expectation, and ensure transparent reporting to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
