Job description

You will manage a varied and high-volume caseload, including disciplinaries, grievances, capability cases, probation reviews, terminations and employment tribunals. Working closely with the HR People Partnering team, UCL Legal and senior stakeholders, you will seek early and informal resolution where appropriate, while confidently managing high-risk and reputationally sensitive matters.
