Asan Employee Relations Consultant, you will be at the forefront of providing commercial advice on a broad range of Employee Relations and employment law matters. Your contributions will be essential to our regional Employee Relations strategy. You will offer direct support to specific client groups and work closely with business and HR stakeholders’ day to day on a range of employee relations issues such as investigations and the resolution of workplace disputes.
