You will be in charge of establishing and implementing the University's Estates Strategy and Masterplan while ensuring that it is in line with the Academic and Financial Strategies. You will provide strategic leadership in all aspects of estate development, facilities management, property management, capital projects, compliance, sustainability, and health and safety, while also supporting a complex campus with residential accommodation, laboratories, commercial facilities, and a fully operational airport.
