As a Digital Marketing Executive you'll help us show up online in a way that feels fresh, clear and unmistakably HECK!. You manage website updates and email activity, support paid social, and help deliver digital work that drives awareness, engagement and sales, including optimising content for both traditional SEO and emerging AI-driven search.

 

What you'll be doing

As part of a dynamic Marketing team you'll be:

Optimising our digital content, product info and imagery bundles, ensuring we effectively engage with our customers at every touchpoint

Improving our customer browsing, discovering and buying experience

Using data to help optimise our digital relationship with existing and potential customers

Creating and overseeing the delivery of innovative email campaigns

Supporting product launches, seasonal campaigns and brand activation

Working with our media partners to plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns

Managing day to day website updates

Making sure HECK! stays on the cutting edge of all things digital!

 

What you’ll need to succeed:

Experience working in a digital marketing role, ideally across web, email and paid social

A firm understanding of SEO, including keyword research, on‑page optimisation and how to structure content for search

Working knowledge of GEO, and AI‑driven search

Experience using platforms like Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager

The ability to create, schedule and support email campaigns and automated flows

Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write clear, engaging digital content

Working knowledge of Microsoft office packages

 

Even better if you have

Worked in FMCG or food and drink marketing

Familiarity with Google Analytics and performance reporting

A relevant degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Studies or equivalent experience
