YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the management of customer operations for defined B2B accounts in close collaboration with sales, logistics, accounting, and credit management

Assist in daily order book management, including order releases, delivery coordination, and issue resolution

Maintain and update SAP master data and support the onboarding of new customer accounts

Help process debit and credit notes and ensure accurate documentation

Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders to support smooth operational processes

Support the Customer Operations team in day-to-day business and ongoing activities

Work with customer portals and contribute to cross-functional projects

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Hands-on and service-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude

Structured and analytical way of thinking with strong problem-solving skills

Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a high level of reliability

Interest in working in an international and dynamic environment

Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)

Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel); SAP is a plus
