About the role

The Legal team turns complexity into clarity by partnering with teams across Revolut to provide sharp, practical advice that helps the business move fast while staying protected. From structuring credit programmes to launching and navigating new markets, the Legal team ensures growth is secure, compliant, and built for the long term.

We're looking for a Company Secretary to be involved in decision-making on high-priority issues, providing expert corporate governance advice and guidance to support our growth globally.

What you'll be doing

Providing autonomous governance support for wealth and trading activities and meetings, including agenda preparation, circulation of packs, minute taking, etc.

Influencing and communicating effectively at executive level to ensure good local governance, and helping to ensure alignment of processes across the group

Arranging various corporate documents (shareholder resolutions, KYC documents, extracts, forms, and applications)

Ensuring management of wealth and trading entities and supervisory bodies comply with relevant local legislation and good governance principles

Maintaining up-to-date statutory registers and files

Delivering high-impact initiatives and roadmaps aimed at improving governance and cross-functional initiatives

Representing wealth and trading entities vis-a-vis third parties, such as notaries and other public institutions

 

What you'll need

A bachelor’s degree in law

3+ years of experience as a company secretary in a large financial institution or within tech

A solid understanding of corporate governance, company law, and conflict of interest management

Impeccable attention to detail

The ability to lead board and committee arrangements effectively and draft clear minutes

Experience overseeing legal entity compliance activity with minimal support

Great team collaboration skills to build genuine relationships across seniorities

A focus on client delivery and the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands

The ability to communicate effectively and proactively with stakeholders while providing succinct governance advice

 

Fluency in English
