The incoming CFO will lead another round of professionalization of the finance function and the wider business, oversee the integration of previous acquisitions, execute a robust buy and build strategy and work closely with the CEO, Board, and investors to shape and execute the exit approach. They will also play a key role in commercialization initiatives, helping to drive new revenue streams and optimize existing ones.
